  • Accordion hurricane shutters
  • Crimsafe security screens
  • Emergency repair and troubleshooting services
  • Maintenance and inspection services

3. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided are based on initial assessments and may be subject to change based on:

  • Site conditions discovered during installation
  • Changes in project scope requested by the customer
  • Building code requirements
  • Material availability and pricing fluctuations

Final pricing will be confirmed in writing before work begins.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

  • Deposit may be required for custom orders
  • Payment is due upon completion of work unless other arrangements are made
  • Late payments may incur additional charges
  • We accept cash, check, and major credit cards

5. Warranties

We provide warranties on our workmanship and materials:

  • Labor warranty: 1-2 years depending on service type
  • Material warranties as provided by manufacturers
  • Warranty does not cover damage from storms, normal wear, or improper use
  • Customer must provide reasonable access for warranty service

6. Liability Limitations

Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not responsible for consequential damages, property damage not directly caused by our negligence, or delays due to weather, material availability, or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information about the property
  • Ensuring clear access to work areas
  • Obtaining necessary HOA or local approvals if required
  • Protecting personal property during installation
  • Proper operation and maintenance of installed systems

8. Cancellation Policy

Services may be cancelled with appropriate notice. Cancellation fees may apply for custom orders or if materials have been ordered. Emergency service calls may have different cancellation terms.

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or inability to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, weather conditions, material shortages, or government regulations.
